I got this book sometime last year and have used it to make a variety of insect relants, aftersun lotion, fizzy bath bombs and body scrub, all with natural ingredients from my garden or down the local shop. I recommend it to everyone!. I'll post up recipes from time to time. But if you can download it or get it from the library I strongly recommend it.
